瓦斯隧道综合检测监控安全防控技术研究

瓦斯隧道掘进过程中,煤层和含气地层的原位平衡状态发生改变,特别是煤系地层段落或围岩破碎裂隙发育区域,大量瓦斯等有毒有害气体涌入作业空间,为确保施工安全,需要对有毒有害气体进行实时、全覆盖检测监控.针对瓦斯分布不均匀、检测监控不到位、施工风险高的难题,通过对瓦斯来源和涌出赋存规律进行研究,得出瓦斯气体出现时间常发生在施工爆破后,出现空间常发生在掘进面附近、拱顶超挖空间及微风作业地点.采用智能监控系统、人工检测、重点作业重点跟踪检测的综合检测监控安全防控技术,结合现场实践和建立的瓦斯预警管理机制和措施.结果表明,施工工期比计划工期提前3个月,且瓦斯浓度稳定在0~0.22%安全管控范围内,取得了良好的安全和经济效益,对类似隧道具有借鉴意义.
Research on safety prevention and control technology for comprehensive detection and monitoring of gas roadway
In the process of gas roadway excavation,the in-situ balance state of coal seams and gas bearing strata has changed,especially in the coal measure strata section or the surrounding rock fracture development area,a large number of toxic and harmful gases such as gas flow into the working space.In order to ensure construction safety,the toxic and harmful gases were detected and monitored in real-time and full coverage.In view of the problems of uneven gas distribution,inadequate detection and monitoring,and high construction risk,through the study of the gas source and emission occurrence law,it was concluded that the gas often occured after construction blas-ting,and the space often occured near the driving face,the vault overbreak space,and the windy operation site.The comprehensive de-tection and monitoring safety prevention and control technology was adopted,by using intelligent monitoring system,manual detection,and key operation tracking detection,combined with on-site practice and the established gas warning management mechanism and meas-ures.The results showed that the construction period was three months ahead of the planned period,and the gas concentration was stable within the safety control range of 0 to 0.22%.Good safety and economic benefits have been achieved,which has reference significance for similar roadways.
