Study on thermal environment of high temperature working face in Menkeqing Coal Mine
With the increasing scarcity of shallow coal seam resources, the depth of mining in various coal mines is constantly increas-ing,which has led to a severe problem of heat damage in coal mines, manifested by high environmental temperatures in coal mine exca-vation and extraction working faces. In order to solve the problem of heat damage in the No.3105 and No.3106 working faces of Men-keqing Coal Mine and provide a basis for predicting the thermal environment of the working faces to be mined, surface parameters were measured, basic parameters of thermal damage in the entire mine were measured, and thermal conductivity experiments were conducted on coal and rock. The causes of thermal damage were analyzed. The results show that for deep well mining, the underground climate is less affected by seasonal high temperatures. The intake and return air routes of the working face, chambers, pumping stations, and the upper and lower corners of the working face are closer to the wellhead of the auxiliary shaft. The temperature changes at each measuring point are not significant, and humidity has a significant impact on the environmental temperature;the thermal property parameters of coal and rock provide data basis for the calculation of heat dissipation.By calculating the heat dissipation of various heat sources in No.3105 and No.3106 working faces,it is found that the mechanical and electrical equipment, surrounding rock and air self compression heat dissipation are the main causes of heat damage, which provides guidance for the direction of subsequent working face cooling.
