综放面大直径钻孔设计及抽采动态调控研究

为解决单U型通风的综放工作面抽采达标后,回采期间依然存在回风隅角瓦斯治理难的问题,将采空区瓦斯扩散—运移规律与采空区瓦斯治理措施相统一,通过采空区瓦斯扩散—运移模型,采用数值解算和现场试验相结合的方法,对综放工作面大直径钻孔设计及抽采动态调控规律进行研究,分析了大直径钻孔参数设计主控因素,确定了综放工作面大直径钻孔设计参数及钻孔抽采动态调控参数,可为现场综放工作面采空区瓦斯治理提供科学依据.
Study on large diameter drilling design and dynamic control of extraction in fully-mechanized caving face
In order to solve the problem of difficult gas control in the return air corner during the mining period after the extraction of the fully-mechanized caving face with single"U"ventilation is up to the standard.The law of gas diffusion-migration in goaf was unified with the measures of gas control in goaf,through the gas diffusion-migration model in goaf,the design of large diameter drilling and the dynamic control law of extraction in fully-mechanized caving face were studied by combining numerical solution with field test.The main control factors of large diameter drilling parameter design were analyzed,and the design parameters of large diameter drilling and the dy-namic control parameters of drilling extraction in fully-mechanized caving face were determined,providing a scientific basis for gas con-trol in goaf of fully-mechanized caving face.
