Study on influence of fault structure on coal seam fissure development:A case study of Qipanjin Coal Mine(east district)
In order to reveal the influence of fault structure on the development of fracture system in coal seam, taking Guoneng Mengxi Qipanjing Coal Mine(east district)as an example. The impact of faults on fracture development was analyzed through the correlation curves between fracture distribution and fault plane distance. The research shows that the fault structure has a controlling effect on the development of coal seam fractures, and the normal and reverse faults with different strength have different effects on the development of coal seam fractures;the influence of the hanging wall and footwall of the fault on the development of coal seam fractures is different. The hanging wall of the normal fault has a large number of fractures, with a large occurrence and a multi peak distribution curve, while the footwall has less concentrated fracture areas and a single peak distribution curve;the fracture development in the hanging wall of the re-verse fault increases first, then decreases, and then tends to be stable;when the fault drop of different intensities is greater than 4 m,the distribution curve of fractures is multimodal, while when the drop is less than 4 m,the distribution curve shows a unimodal pattern. The research results are of great significance for scientifically guiding engineering practice.
