新型液压蓄能式风力发电机组监控系统设计

由于新型液压蓄能式风力发电机组的关键机理、核心部件、工作模式和控制方案均进行了创新设计,现有的监控系统无法直接应用于该类新型风力机.针对新型风力发电机组工作原理和监控需求,以罗克韦尔公司的FactoryTalk View为平台,设计监控系统方案,规划监控系统功能,完成通信配置、数据库构建和监控界面等开发,研发了新型液压蓄能式风力发电机组的监控软件,并应用于600 kW液压蓄能式风力发电试验机组中,实现了对机组实时的远程监控功能.
Design of monitoring system for new hydraulic energy storage wind turbine
The existing monitoring system cannot be directly applied to this type of new wind turbine,because of the innovative design of key mechanisms,core components,working modes and control schemes.Aiming at the working principle and monitoring needs of new type wind turbine,a monitoring system scheme was designed using Rockwell's FactoryTalk View platform.The monitoring system func-tions were planned,communication configuration,database construction,and monitoring interface development were completed.A moni-toring software for a new hydraulic energy storage wind turbine was developed and applied to the 600 kW hydraulic energy storage wind turbine test unit,achieving real-time remote monitoring of the unit.
