Design of pipeline ultrasonic decontamination device of graphite dust in high temperature gas cooled reactor
In response to graphite dust pollution in high temperature gas cooled reactor pipelines,an on-line decontamination ultrasonic device was designed to remove the deposited pollution in the pipeline by using the transmission matrix method. The ultrasonic device has a maximum total power of 2000 W and a working frequency of 20 kHz.The set percentage of ultrasonic output power is continuously ad-justable within 10%-99%.A detachable connecting fixture which can be clamped on the pipeline was designed to realize continuous online decontamination of the pipeline. The decontamination capability of the device was preliminarily verified through experiments, which can effectively remove the deposited pollution in the nuclear power pipeline.
