To address the issue of integrating energy storage and other new market participants into the power system for optimal dis-patch,an optimal dispatch model tailored to these new market participants was proposed.Firstly,the basic principles of battery energy storage were analyzed,and the impact of combined wind power and energy storage systems on dispatch was examined.An optimal dis-patch model aiming to minimize operating costs was constructed,considering the production costs of thermal power units,start-stop costs,and penalty costs for curtailing renewable energy.Constraints such as generator constraints,renewable energy constraints,battery storage constraints,spinning reserve constraints,and ramping constraints were considered.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed for solving the model.Finally,simulation analysis was conducted on the proposed model to demonstrate its effectiveness.
