摘要

为解决单斗卡车开采工艺条件下露天煤矿挖掘机司机安全培训时间不够、操作不规范以及装卸车环节、运输环节事故频发等问题,提出一种针对露天煤矿运输车辆的三维仿真培训系统.通过利用3Dmax软件,对露天煤矿运输环节与采装环节的露天矿山场景进行三维建模,将建立的模型进行贴图,更加符合露天煤矿真实作业场景.将三维仿真软件场景建设后,统一集成至培训软件系统中,驾驶人员通过佩戴仿真设备,进行设备操控,模拟真实环境下的运输场景.同时,结合培训情况进行培训监督与考察.提升培训效果与培训能力,对露天煤矿安全生产和操作人员技能提升具有重要意义.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of insufficient time of safety training and non-standard operation of excavator drivers in open-pit coal mine under the condition of single-bucket truck mining technology,as well as frequent accidents in loading and unloading and transportation links,a 3D simulation training system for open-pit coal mine transport vehicles was proposed.By using 3Dmax software,a 3 D modeling of the open-pit mining scene in the transportation and loading stages of the open-pit coal mine was carried out,and the es-tablished model was mapped to better match the real working scene of the open-pit coal mine.After the 3D simulation software was built,it was integrated into the training software system.Drivers can control the equipment by wearing simulation devices,simulating the transportation scene in a real environment.At the same time,the training supervision and inspection were conducted based on the train-ing situation.Improving training effectiveness and training capabilities is of great significance for the safety production and skill en-hancement of operators in open-pit coal mines.
