The screening workshop of coal preparation plant generates a lot of noise during operation,which affects the physical and mental health of the operators.Taking the screening workshop of Xiwan open-pit coal preparation plant as the research background,the reasons for the noise generated by the crusher and the types of noise were analyzed and explained,and a three-dimensional numerical simulation study on the noise environment generated by the crusher in the screening workshop of the plant was carried out,and the dis-tribution of the noise and the size of the sound pressure before and after soundproofing measures was analyzed and compared,and the soundproofing measures were evaluated.The results of the study show that during the production of the crusher,if there is no sound insu-lation,the noise will be rapidly radiated to the whole plant and exceed the limit value;if sound insulation panels are installed,it is rec-ommended to choose materials with sound insulation capacity greater than 45 dB(A).
