车路协同下的煤矿井下辅助运输系统设计与智能调度方法

针对煤矿井下无轨胶轮车资源利用不充分、运行数据不完善、控制策略不合理的问题,设计了一套基于智能可视化车路协同下的井下辅助运输系统.首先,设计了系统结构,分为调度层、通信层、硬件层3部分;其次,给出了系统的详细组成模块;然后,根据井下巷道情况开发了无轨胶轮车的智能调度方法,设计了井下辅助运输系统.系统通过井上主站与井下分站之间的信息交互,使煤矿工作人员能够实时地掌握无轨胶轮车的位置、运行速度、轨迹路径等行车情况,并实现了井上主站对井下从站的车辆参数处理、行车数量控制和强制人工干预等功能.系统的应用使煤矿井下辅助运输系统逐步做到了可视化、少人化、无人化和智能化,提高了井下辅助运输效率和运输安全水平.
Design and intelligent scheduling method of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation system under vehicle-road coordination
Aiming at the problems of insufficient utilization of resources,imperfect operation data and unreasonable control strategy,a set of underground auxiliary transportation system based on intelligent visualized vehicle-road cooperation was designed.Firstly,the system architecture was designed,divided into three parts:scheduling layer,communication layer,and hardware layer;secondly,the detailed composition modules of the system were provided;then,based on the situation of underground roadways,an intelligent scheduling method for trackless rubber wheeled vehicles was developed,and an underground auxiliary transportation system was designed.The system ena-bles coal mine workers to real-time grasp the position,running speed,trajectory path,and other driving conditions of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles through information exchange between the main station on the mine and the underground sub stations.It also realizes functions such as vehicle parameter processing,vehicle quantity control,and forced manual intervention from the main station on the mine to the underground sub stations.The application of the system has gradually made the underground auxiliary transportation system of coal mines more visual,unmanned,and intelligent,improving the efficiency and safety level of underground auxiliary transportation.
