穿越采空区L型煤层气井钻井关键技术研究

随着煤矿的大规模开采,多数煤矿已形成大面积采空区破碎带,但由于采空区的存在,导致井下施工和煤层气地面预抽出现了巨大困难,造成常规钻井工艺无法穿越采空区进行下组煤的预抽采.为攻克下组煤的煤层气预抽技术难题,通过对寺河煤矿采空区地质特点及存在的钻井技术难题深入分析,研究出一种新型定向穿越采空区钻井技术工艺,破解了采空区压覆无法实现煤层气水平井高效开发的技术难题,并将技术应用于井下开展试验.结果表明,四开井深结构可以有效解决采空区下组煤层气难抽采的问题;采用加长多头级气体螺杆、注氮钻进工艺与无线电磁随钻测量仪,可以提高螺杆工作扭矩,提高破岩能力,提高水平段钻进的准确性;优化最大井眼曲率与轨迹剖面,保证煤层水平段钻进质量和钻遇率;理论分析与现场最终施工结果对比后,无明显误差,可推广使用.
Research on key technology of L type coalbed methane well drilling through goaf
With the large-scale mining of coal mines,a large area of goaf crushing zone has been formed in most coal mines.However,due to the existence of goaf,there are great difficulties in underground construction and surface pre-pumping of coalbed methane.As a result,conventional drilling technology cannot pass through the goaf for pre-extraction of coal in the lower group.Therefore,this paper aims to overcome the technical problems such as coalbed methane pre-pumping in the lower coal group.Through in-depth analysis of the geological characteristics and existing drilling technical problems in the goaf of Sihe Coal Mine,a new directional drilling technology through goaf was developed,which solved the technical problems that the goaf compaction cannot achieve efficient development of coal-bed methane horizontal wells due to overburden in goaf,and the technology was applied to the underground test.The results show that the fourth spudding deep structure can effectively solve the problem of difficult extraction of coalbed methane in the lower goaf.The use of extended multi-head gas screw,nitrogen injection drilling technology and wireless magnetic measuring while drilling instrument can improve the the working torque of the screw,enhance the rock breaking ability,and improve the accuracy of horizontal drilling well;opti-mize the maximum wellbore curvature and trajectory profile to ensure the drilling quality and encounter rate of the coal seam horizontal section.After comparing the theoretical analysis with the final construction results on site,there is no significant error and it can be widely used.
