摘要
针对金凤煤矿011815工作面沿空巷道支护强度不足、变形量大等问题,结合现有支护情况,通过理论计算和计算机数值模拟方式确定,在现有2排锚索之间靠近墙体300、1 800 mm处使用φ21.8 mm × 12 300 mm锚索,在靠近副帮700 mm处使用φ21.8 mm ×9 300 mm锚索,搭配1根工字钢梁形成"一梁三索"的补强支护形式为最佳支护方案.现场实际应用表明,在沿空留巷内采用补强支护后,巷道顶板最大下沉量为300 mm,墙体最大支承压力为7.21 MPa,巷道顶板和柔模墙体均未出现明显的变形和破坏,说明补强支护达到了预期效果.研究为今后金凤煤矿在类似工程地质条件下的留巷支护设计提供了参考.
Abstract
In view of the problems of insufficient roadway supporting strength and large roadway deformation along the gob-side entry re-taining of the No.011815 working face of Jinfeng Coal Mine.Combined with the existing supporting situation,it's determined by means of theoretical calculation and computer numerical simulation,and φ21.8 mm × 12 300 mm anchor cable was used between the existing two rows of anchor cables close to the wall 300 and 1 800 mm,and φ21.8 mm × 9 300 mm anchor cable was used near 700 mm near the auxiliary gang,combined with an I-beam to form a"one beam,three cables"reinforcement supporting form.The form of reinforcing sup-port was the best supporting scheme.Finally,through the practical application effect of the field,it showed that the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof was 300 mm and the maximum supporting pressure of the wall was 7.21 MPa,and the roadway roof and the flexible mold wall had no obvious deformation and damage,indicating that the reinforcing supporting has achieved the expected effect.It provides a certain reference for the design of roadway supporting in Jinfeng Coal Mine under similar engineering geological conditions in the future.
