Study on the difference of active ingredients in Achyranthes bidentata B1. planted in three locations by HPLC
To compare the difference of active ingredients in Achyranthes bidentata B1. planted in Wuzhi, Beijing and Zhengzhou three locations with the same type of soils and the same plant regulation. Method: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. were determined by HPLC. Result: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. planted in Wuzhi location were all higher than these planted in Beijing and Zhengzhou locations, while there was not significant difference among the three locations. Conclusion: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. growing on the same type of soils and the same plant regulation in Wuzhi, Beijing and Zhengzhou three locations were not significant difference.
