摘要
为了解唐山地区猫泛白细胞减少症的流行情况,采用临床检查、血常规检测和胶体金试纸条检测等方法对唐山地区 10 家宠物医院的 1546 例猫泛白细胞减少症疑似病例进行调查分析.结果显示:2023 年猫泛白细胞减少症阳性率最低,为 10.40%.3～8 月龄猫的猫泛白细胞减少症阳性率最高,且 7 月龄以下患猫出现严重的昏睡、发烧、厌食的症状更为明显.该调查分析为唐山地区猫泛白细胞减少症的防治提供参考依据.
Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of feline panleukopenia in Tangshan area,1546 suspected cases of feline panleukopenia in 10 pet hospitals in Tangshan area were investigated and analyzed by clinical examination,blood routine detection and colloidal gold strip detection.The results showed that the positive rate of panleukopenia in cats was the lowest in 2023(10.40%).The positive rate of feline panleukopenia was the highest in cats aged 3～8 months,and the symptoms of severe body,fever and anorexia were more obvious in cats under 7 months of age.The investigation and analysis provide reference for the prevention and treatment of feline panleukopenia in Tangshan area.
