福州地区鸭病毒性肠炎的血清学调查与分析

为了解福州地区鸭病毒性肠炎的免疫情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对福州地区 14 个鸭场 291份血清样本进行调查分析.调查的 14 个养鸭场鸭病毒性肠炎病毒(DEV)抗体水平总阳性率为 39.5%,均未达到国家规定的合格率标准,其中阳性率最高的养鸭场 DEV抗体阳性率为 100.0%,最低的养鸭场 DEV 抗体阳性率为0.0%.不同县区DEV抗体阳性率差距较大,最高的县区 DEV抗体阳性率高达 78.9%,最低的县区为 0.0%.调查发现,春、秋、冬三季的 DEV 抗体水平均较低,仅夏季符合国家标准.建议养殖户加强对该病的重视、定期检测抗体水平,优化免疫程序,加强日常防疫和饲养管理,确保养殖业生产安全.
Serological investigation and analysis of duck viral enteritis in Fuzhou area
In order to explain the immune status of duck viral enteritis in Fuzhou area,291 serum samples from 14 duck farms in Fuzhou area were investigated and analyzed by ELISA.The total positive rate of DEV antibody level in the 14 duck farms investigated was 39.5%,which did not meet the national qualification rate standard.The positive rate of DEV antibody in the duck farms with the highest positive rate was 100.0%,and the positive rate of DEV antibody in the duck farms with the lowest was 0.0%.The positive rate of DEV antibody in different counties was significantly different.The positive rate of DEV antibody in the highest county was as high as 78.9%,while the positive rate in the lowest county was 0.0%.The investigation found that the DEV antibody levels were low in spring,autumn and winter,and only met the national standard in summer.It is suggested that farmers should pay more attention to the disease,regularly test antibody levels,optimize immunization procedures,strengthen daily epidemic prevention and feeding management,and ensure the safety of aquaculture production.
