一例猫角膜腐骨合并衣原体感染的诊疗

摘要
一例因眼部异常分泌物持续增多且保守治疗无效前来就诊的患猫,通过临床检查和实验室检查,确诊为角膜溃疡引起的角膜腐骨病并伴有衣原体感染.因该病例耽误治疗时间较长、面积较大,且溃疡部位位于角膜中央周围,故行角膜结膜瓣遮盖术.经严格术后用药及精心护理,患猫恢复良好.
Abstract
This paper report a case of a cat that presented with persistent abnormal eye discharge,which was unresponsive to conservative treatment.Through clinical examination and laboratory tests,the diagnosis was confirmed as corneal ulcer leading to corneal necrosis with concurrent chlamydia infection.Due to the prolonged duration and large size of the ulcer,which was located around the central cornea,a corneal conjunctival flap surgery was performed.Following strict post-operative medication and care,the cat underwent a successful recovery.
