一例雪纳瑞犬子宫蓄脓的诊断与治疗

摘要
犬子宫蓄脓是临床高发的生殖系统疾病,以子宫内积聚大量脓性渗出物为特点,临床表现为食欲不振、多饮多尿、呕吐、腹泻、腹围增大等.本文针对一例疑似子宫蓄脓病例,采用临床检查、血常规检查、生化检查和 B 超检查等方法进行诊断.临床检查结果显示,患犬临床表现为腹围增大,精神沉郁;血常规和生化结果显示,患犬体内存在炎症反应;B超检查发现,患犬子宫体积轻度至中度增大,且内部有积液,肿块位于子宫的腹侧,确诊为子宫蓄脓.经子宫卵巢摘除手术及术后护理,患犬完全康复.
Abstract
Pyometra is a commonly occurring reproductive system disease in dogs,characterized by the accumulation of large amounts of purulent exudate in the uterus.Clinical signs include loss of appetite,polydipsia,polyuria,vomiting,diarrhea,and an enlarged abdominal circumference.In this paper,clinical examination,blood routine examination,biochemical examination and B-ultrasonography were used to diagnose a suspected case of uterine pyosis.The results showed that the clinical manifestations of the dogs were enlarged abdominal circumference and depressed spirit.Blood routine and biochemical results showed that there was inflammation in the dog.B-ultrasound examination found that the uterus of the dog was mildly to moderately enlarged,with internal fluid accumulation,and the mass was located in the ventral side of the uterus.The dog recovered completely after the operation and postoperative nursing.
