一例猫尿闭的诊断与治疗

摘要
南通某宠物医院接诊一例尿闭的公猫,采用临床检查、血常规及血液生化检测、猫血清淀粉样蛋白 A(FSAA)检查、B超检查等方法进行诊断.综合诊断后,确诊为猫尿道结石引起的尿闭症,并继发感染导致急性肾衰竭.患猫先采用人工导尿和药物治疗的方式保守治疗,随后采用叶氏尿道造口术进行手术治疗,术后恢复良好.
Abstract
A male cat with urinary atresia was admitted to a pet hospital in Nantong.The diagnosis was made by clinical examination,blood routine and blood biochemical tests,feline serum amyloid A(FSAA)test,B-ultrasound examination and other methods.The comprehensive diagnosis confirmed the diagnosis of urostasis caused by bladder stones and urethral stones in cats,and secondary infection leading to acute renal failure.The affected cat was first treated conservatively by artificial catheterization and drug therapy,and then treated surgically by Ye's urethrostomy.The cat recovered well after surgery.
