Study on stress resistance genes of three kinds of sheep in desert environment of southern Xinjiang
Based on the high-density SNP chip technology of the whole genome, ear tissue collection,DNA extraction, and genome chip production were carried out for Zele black sheep,Hetian sheep, and Duolang sheep.Genomic selective sweeping was performed using the nucleotide diversity index(PI)method to analyze and search for stress resistance related genes in the three sheep breeds.A study found that a total of 1057 candidate genes related to desert environment stress resistance were obtained, and GO and KEGG analyses were conducted on them.Protein network analysis was performed using online software STRING,and 64 genes related to stress resistance were found, such as IL20R β,LEPR,SCG2,PTPRO,KLF5,KLF12,etc.Through genome selective sweeping technology,1058 candidate genes related to environmental adaptability were identified in southern Xinjiang sheep breeds, providing reference for the introduction and improvement of southern Xinjiang sheep, and providing reference for analyzing the stress resistance mechanism of southern Xinjiang sheep breeds in desert environments.
