摘要
豫东肉用山羊是河南省以波尔山羊为父本.槐山羊和马头山羊为母本培育的新品种.对豫东肉用山羊核心群2023 年生长性能和屠宰性能进行测定,并与此前测定结果和同场槐山羊测定结果进行比较,了解豫东肉用山羊生长发育规律以及育种工作进展.结果表明,2023 年豫东肉用山羊公羊 6 月龄、周岁和成年平均体重分别为39.88 kg、65.58 kg和 94.48 kg,比 2021 年体重分别提高了 11.52%、37.85%和 16.04%(P<0.05),比 2020 年体重分别提高了 13.39%、2.15%和 12.14%;母羊 6 月龄、周岁和成年平均体重分别为 35.96 kg、49.25 kg和 74.14 kg,比2021 年体重分别提高了 2.83%、9.03%和 12.33%(P<0.05),比 2020 年体重分别提高了 3.10%、-9.12%和11.30%.与同环境下饲养的槐山羊相比,豫东肉用山羊各月龄平均体重提高了92.50%～147.66%(P<0.05),比遗传背景相似的波安F3 代相比提高了 12.26%～42.68%.豫东肉用山羊的公羊周岁平均屠宰率为 53.24%,净肉率为 44.32%,周岁母羊平均屠宰率为 52.79%,净肉率为 43.55%,均显著高于淮山羊(P<0.05).结果说明豫东肉用山羊经过多年的选育后,生长性能得到了一定的提升.
Abstract
Yudong Meat Goat is a new breed cultivated in Henan Province,with Boer Goat as the male parent and Huai Goat and Matou Goat as the female parent to determine the growth performance and slaughter performance of the core population of meat goats in Yudong in 2023,and compare the results with previous measurements and measurements of Huai goats at the same site,in order to understand the growth and development patterns of meat goats in Yudong and the progress of breeding work.The results showed that the average body weight of 6-month-old,one year old,and adult male meat goats in Yudong was respectively 39.88 kg,65.58 kg,and 94.48 kg in 2023.Compared with 2021,the body weight increased by 11.52%,37.85%,and 16.04%in 2023(P<0.05),and compared with 2020,the body weight respectively increased 13.39%,2.15%,and 12.14%in 2023;The average body weights of ewes were respectively 35.96 kg,49.25 kg,and 74.14 kg in 2023,which increased by 2.83%,-9.03%,and 12.33%(P<0.05)compared to 2021,and by 3.10%,-9.12%,and 11.30%(P<0.05)compared to 2020.Compared with Huai goats raised in similar environments,the average body weight of meat goats in Yudong increased by 92.50%to 147.66%(P<0.05)at different age groups,which was 12.26%to 42.68%higher than that of Boan F3 with similar genetic background.The average slaughter rate of one year old male goats using meat in Yudong is 53.24%,with a net meat rate of 44.32%.The average slaughter rate of one year old female goats is 52.79%,with a net meat rate of 43.55%.All were significantly higher than those of Huai goats(P<0.05).The results indicate that after years of breeding,the growth performance of meat goats in Yudong has been improved to a certain extent.
