通过对大型球墨铸铁齿圈的两种生产工艺进行对比研究和数据分析,确定了先正火再粗加工的工艺流程,重点解决了正火后齿圈铸件的变形、硬度难以保证的问题,满足了客户的技术要求.后期通过批量生产验证,此工艺可实现大型球磨铸铁齿圈铸件批量稳定生产.
Research and Application of Production Technology of Large Nodular Cast Iron Gear Ring for Mining Machinery
Through comparative study and data analysis of two production processes of large ductile iron gear ring,the process flow of roughing after normalizing is determined.It solves the problem that the deformation and hardness of the gear ring castings after normalizing,and meets the technical requirements of customers.Through the mass production verification,this process can realize the stable mass production of large ball grinding cast iron gear ring castings.
