为了提高破碎机双金属复合锤头的综合性能,延长其使用寿命,本文提出了采用液态模锻工艺生产双金属复合锤头的方案,并进行了相应的模具设计.模具采用直立位直接加压液锻成型,可替换模芯,垂直分模,下缸上行顶出的方案.

The molten metal die forging is a new metal forming process that crystallizes molten metal under pressure to form dense metal structures and improve the overall performance of castings.This article proposes a scheme for producing dual-metal composite hammer heads using liquid metal forging technology to improve the hardness and extend the service life of crushers.The mold design is carried out,which adopts vertical direct pressure liquid forging and can replace the core,vertically divide the mold,and use the lower cylinder to push out the product.
