摘要

制造业是国民经济的主体,是一个国家实力的体现,因此必须提升传统制造业水平,发展先进制造业.铸造行业是制造业重要的组成部分,而铸件的加工是铸造行业发展中必不可少的一个重要环节,传统铸件加工方式机床开动率低、柔性低、工人劳动强度大,存在生产率低下,加工成本高等问题.本文阐述了一种基于铸件柔性自动加工线的加工全流程处理方案,可以有效的提升机床的开动率,减少劳动强度,并实现加工全处理流程的高度自动化.

Abstract

Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,which is a strong embodiment of a country's strength.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the level of traditional manufacturing industry and develop advanced manufacturing in-dustry.Casting industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry,and the processing of casting is an important link in the development of the casting industry.The traditional casting processing mode machine tools have low operation rate,low flexibility and high labor intensity of workers,resulting in low productivity and high processing costs.This paper expounds a whole process process-ing scheme based on casting flexible automatic processing line,which can effectively improve the opening rate of machine tools,re-duce the labor intensity,and realize a high degree of automation of the whole processing process.
