摘要

工业无损检测方法很多,目前国内外最常用的检测方法:磁粉探伤检测法(MT)、超声波检测法(UT)、射线检测法(RT)、渗透检测法(PT)和涡流检测法(ET).超声波检测以其检测成本低、探测深度大、检测设备体积小重量轻和检测速度快等忧点被广泛应用于质量检测.本文主要介绍了超声检测技术在铸铁件气孔、缩孔、缩松等缺陷检测中的应用,对超声波检测技术在实际无损检测中的推广具有重要意义.

Abstract

There are many industrial nondestructive detection methods,at present,there are five most commonly used detection methods at home and abroad,which are:magnetic particle testing(MT),ultrasonic testing(UT),ray detection(RT),penetrant wave testing(PT)and eddy current testing(ET).Ultrasonic flaw detection is widely used in quality detection for its low detection cost,large detection depth,small volume,light weight and fast detection speed.This paper introduces the application of ultrasonic testing technique in defect detection of casting stoma and shrinkage hole,which has great significance to the popularization of ultrasonic testing technique in practical nondestructive testing.
