In this paper,a spray casting cooling device is designed,which mainly includes spray components,circulation system,lifting structure and control system.The spray components are used to spray water evenly to the surface of the casting,to play the role of casting cooling.The circulating system is used to transfer the treated water in the spray tank to the spray assembly to spray on the casting,so as to realize the reuse of wastewater.Compared with the prior art,the device is simple in structure,convenient in operation,can realize automatic casting cooling,solve the problem of hot crack casting,shorten the hot residence time by 90％,improve the production efficiency.
