铸铁件精加工后表面异常缺陷分析及对策

铸铁件精加工后,在精加工表面出现大面积异常凹坑缺陷,从而造成工件加工面粗糙度不合格及尺寸超差.本文通过再现性试验验证发现,在铸铁件精加工表面出现的疑似铸件铸造过程中产生的"伪缺陷",实际是由于在机械加工过程中不耐硬水的乳化液容易出现分层现象,导致切削液变质、防锈能力降低,从而造成工件在加工后受到切削液腐蚀,在精加工表面造成了"点蚀"或局部锈蚀缺陷.最终通过改善和控制切削液相关基础参数,问题得到了有效根除.
Analysis and Prevention of Surface Abnormal Defects of Cast Iron after Finishing
After finishing the cast iron,the large area of abnormal pitting defects on the finishing surface of the workpiece result in unqualified roughness and excessive size.In this paper,the reproducibility test found that this"false-defect"is due to the stratification of the emulsion that is not resistant to hard water in the machining process,which leads to the deterioration of the cutting fluid and the reduction of the anti-rust ability,resulting in the workpiece being corroded by the cutting fluid after processing,and causing"pitting"or local rust defects on the finished surface.Finally,by improving and controlling the basic parameters of cutting fluid,these defects are effectively removed.
