Application of Six Sigma Methodology in Reducing Defective Rate of a Machinary Casting Body
Six Sigma DMAIC methodology was used to define,measure,analyze,improve and control the defects of a machinery casting.Through specific and comprehensive current situation,detailed measurement system analysis,reasonable analysis and improvement and other systematic tools,the casting defect rate of the body was significantly reduced,customer satisfaction was effectively improved,and the brand image was maintained.
