Research on Casting Process of Non-drive End Cap
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of the non-drive end cap were introduced,and the pilot produc-tion scheme of the non-drive end cap casting process was introduced in detail.Through the use of risers to improve the internal quality of the casting,by increasing the radial size process complement to ensure radial size accuracy,which can ensure that the product meets the requirements of the drawing.The final process has passed the quality verification of mass production.
