摘要

以MT-2型缓冲器箱体产品为研究对象,通过对水玻璃砂二氧化碳硬化、邦尼树脂硅砂、邦尼树脂宝珠砂三种壳型壳芯工艺试验,提出最优生产工艺方案,并阐述了不同型砂工艺对铸件质量的影响.通过对工艺方案进行对比,最终确定邦尼树脂宝珠砂工艺质量更稳定、更环保、更高效.

Abstract

For MT-2 buffer box products,carbon dioxide hardening of water glass sand,Bonny resin silica sand and Bonny resin pearl sand were used to carry out shell and shell core process tests,and the optimal production process plan was obtained.The influence of different sand processes on the quality of castings is described.By comparing the process plans,the process quality of Bonny resin pearl sand is more stable,more environmentally friendly and more efficient.
