摘要

设计开发出一种铁路货车用心盘座的潮模砂铸造工艺.在斯威公司的潮模砂造型工艺的基础上,结合了铸钢件的铸造工艺方法,对心盘座工艺的难点进行分析并选定合适的工艺方案.采用顶注式一箱两件的心盘座铸造工艺,结合初步模拟优化结果,确认铸造工艺的可行性.通过试制和铸件检查确认铸件质量符合技术要求,并结合实际的批量生产结果,确保铸造心盘座的合格率达到95%以上.

Abstract

A green sand casting process for the center filler of railway freight car was designed and developed.On the base of the green sand molding process of ZZABC,combined with the foundry process method of steel castings,the difficulties in the process of cen-ter filler are analyzed and the appropriate process scheme is selected.The casting process of two castings in one mold of top injection was adopted,and the feasibility of the casting process was confirmed by combining the preliminary simulation and optimization results.Through trial production and casting inspection,the casting quality is confirmed to meet the technical requirements,and combined with the actual mass production results,to ensure that the qualified rate of casting center filler is more than 95%.
