摘要

本文选择了一种新型造孔剂Na2S2O3·5H2O(五水硫代硫酸钠),用该造孔剂制备出了孔径分别为2 mm、3 mm和4 mm,孔隙率60%和70%的泡沫铁;并对孔径为2 mm、3 mm和4 mm以及孔隙率为60%和70%的泡沫铁进行了力学性能与吸能性试验.结果表明,用新型造孔剂Na2S2O3·5H2 O制备的泡沫铁,结构可控;孔径、孔隙率和烧结温度都对泡沫铁的性能有不同程度的影响,在本试验参数下孔径为2 mm,孔隙率为60%,烧结温度为1 150 ℃时,具有最佳的吸能性能和力学性能.

Abstract

In this paper,a new pore-making agent Na2S2O3·5H2O was selected to prepare foam-based iron with pore sizes of 2 mm,3 mm and 4 mm and porosity of 60%and 70%,respectively.The effects of different parameters of foam-based iron on pore struc-ture and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the foamed iron prepared by the new pore-making agent Na2S2O3·5H2O has a controllable structure.The pore size,porosity and sintering temperature all have different effects on the properties of foam-based iron.When the pore size is 2 mm,the porosity is 60%and the sintering temperature is 1 150 ℃,the best energy absorption and mechanical properties are obtained.
