Analysis and Solution to the Inclusions in High Grade Ductile Iron Crankshafts
The surface of high grade ductile iron crankshaft have inclusion defects after machining.Through the comprehensive in-spection and analysis of raw materials and production process,the possible causes of inclusion defects are found.By strengthening the management of raw materials,the residual Mg content and the control of crankshaft bending,the inclusion defects are reduced and the product quality is improved.
