Technical Improvement of Cement Coating Sander for Inner Wall of Cast Pipe
Aiming at the problems existing in the use of cement coating sander on the inner wall of cast pipe.The technical trans-formation of the grinding rod,lifting hanger and grinding efficiency of DN100-300 mm ×6 m cast pipe cement inner wall grinder is car-ried out.After transformation,the vibration of the grinding rod is less than 0.1 mm,the average service life is 280 days,the noise is re-duced obviously,the failure of lifting hanger is reduced by 97％,and the grinding efficiency is doubled,at the same time,the quality of cement inner wall of cast pipe is obviously improved,which can be used for reference for the modification of similar cement inner wall of cast pipe in China.
