摘要

中频炉滤波电容在使用中发生损坏,造成中频炉停炉,严重影响生产.损坏的现象有外壳损坏、正负极接地等,原因主要是外部工艺条件改变和电容自身性能劣化.外部工艺条件包括冶炼过程工艺技术数据、操作手法、电网电压电流过高、环境过热情况等.电容自身性能主要有内部元件绝缘性,单体电容的性能,油液污染等.根据查找到的原因制定可行性修复措施,如控制工艺条件,改善冷却水循环,加装空调;电容内部元件绝缘性、参数性能恢复等.电容器修复能够节约大笔备件费用,提升人员维护技能.

Abstract

If the filter capacitor of intermediate frequency furnace is damaged in use,it will cause the intermediate frequency fur-nace to stop and affect the production.Damage phenomena include shell damage,positive and negative grounding.It is mainly due to the change of external process conditions and its own performance deterioration.The external process conditions include the process technical data,operation techniques,excessive voltage and current,overheating environment,etc.The performance of the capacitor itself mainly includes the insulation of the internal components,the performance of the single capacitor,and the oil pollution.Make feasible repair measures according to the reasons found,such as controlling process conditions,improving cooling water circulation,and installing air conditioning;Capacitance internal components insulation,parameter performance recovery,etc.Capacitor repair can save a lot of spare parts costs and improve personnel maintenance skills.
