摘要

卧式离心泵泵体零件结构呈螺旋形,壁厚不均匀.泵体材质为高铬铸铁Cr26,具有良好力学性能和抗磨性能.高铬铸铁结晶温度范围宽,铸造性能差,导致铸件易出现缩松缺陷.铸造工艺设计过程中采用了模数理论设计方法,应用CASTsoft铸造数值模拟软件进行了凝固过程模拟,预测了铸件凝固过程中可能出现的缩孔、缩松缺陷,并优化了铸造工艺方案,保证了铸件质量,实现了大型高铬耐磨泵体的批量生产.

Abstract

The pump body parts of horizontal centrifugal pump are spiral shaped and have uneven wall thickness.It is made of high chromium cast iron Cr26,which has good mechanical properties and anti-wear properties.High chromium cast iron is prone to shrinkage defects due to its wide crystallization temperature range and poor casting performance.In the casting process design,the modular design method was adopted,and the solidification process was simulated by CASTsoft casting numerical simulation software.The possible shrinkage holes and porosity defects were predicted during the casting process,and the casting process was optimized to ensure the cast-ing quality and realize the mass production of large high chromium wear resistant pump body.
