介绍了轴箱体铸件的结构特点、技术要求.通过改进轴箱体熔模铸造冒口,提高了铸件的内部质量;改进浇注位置,降低了铸件的夹砂缺陷;改变工艺收缩率,确保了铸件的尺寸精度符合图纸要求.
Abstract
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of axle box body castings are introduced.The internal quality of the casting was improved by improving the riser of the axle box body.The casting position is improved to reduce the sand clamping defects of the casting.Changing the process shrinkage rate ensures that the dimensional accuracy of the casting meets the requirements of the drawing.
