摘要

高端装备铸件要求内应力要尽量小以防止铸件变形和裂纹.本文论述了浇注系统对铸件内应力和变形的影响,列举了实际生产中可防止铸件变形的浇注系统形式,包括直浇道、横浇道和内浇口的形式和位置设计.通过设计合适的浇注系统,降低了铸件的内应力,避免了铸件的变形和尺寸超差缺陷.

Abstract

Advanced equipment castings require internal stress to be as small as possible to prevent casting deformation and crack-ing.This paper discusses the influence of pouring system on the internal stress and deformation of castings,and lists the forms of pouring system that can prevent the deformation of castings in actual production,including the form and location design of sprue,runner and gate.Through the design of proper pouring system,the internal stress of castings is reduced,and the deformation and dimensional out-of-tolerance defects of castings are avoided.
