Application of Measurement System Analysis in Measuring the Concentration of Foundry Coating
Casting coating is a commonly used auxiliary material in casting production,which can prevent sand,sintering and oth-er defects in the casting process,and improve the surface quality of castings.In order to control the concentration of casting coating more accurately,three kinds of measuring methods,namely measuring cylinder,density cup and viscosity cup,were used to analyze and test the concentration of casting coating based on the measuring system analysis method.The results show that the three measure-ment methods meet the requirements of daily detection.However,the use of density cup measurement method has better repeatability and reproducibility,which can more effectively ensure product consistency and improve product quality.
