Analysis and Improvement of Aluminum Sticking Problem in HPD Mold
Aiming at the problem of aluminum sticking in HPD(high pressure die casting)die,the mechanism of aluminum stick-ing in die was analyzed.It was found that the release agent spraying in local area was insufficient,the surface temperature of some die areas was high,the roughness was large,and the die was pulled out The small Angle led to the failure of HPD mold aluminum stick-ing.Combined with the actual production,measures such as improving the release agent spraying technology,optimizing the mold roughness and die slope,and controlling the turbidity of cooling water have greatly reduced the failure rate of mold aluminum sticking,and improved the casting quality and production efficiency.
