摘要

实际生产中,小型薄壁液压铸件,铸造难度大,废品率较高,主要铸造缺陷为冷隔.针对冷隔缺陷,对该类铸件进行技术分析,通过调整铁水共晶度与过热度、浇注速度、浇口厚度等措施,成功解决了两种典型小型薄壁液压铸件冷隔缺陷.

Abstract

In actual production,small thin-wall hydraulic castings are difficult to cast,the rejection rate is high,and the main casting defect is cold insulation.The cold insulation defects of two typical small thin-wall hydraulic castings were solved successfully by adjusting the eutectic degree of hot metal,superheat,pouring speed and gate thickness.
