摘要

介绍了湿型砂的成分及其与型砂性能的关系,提出了现场生产中型砂的质量控制要点,分析了型砂成分及性能对铸件质量的影响.通过双盘冷却器调整旧砂成分,建立膨润土及煤粉补加量配方,稳定旧砂成分,从而达到需要的型砂性能,产出高质量铸件.

Abstract

This paper introduces the composition of wet sand and its relationship with the properties of sand,puts forward the key points of quality control of sand in field production,and analyzes the influence of the composition and properties of sand on the quality of casting.The composition of used sand is adjusted by the double-plate cooler,and the additive formula of bentonite and pulverized coal is established to stabilize the composition of used sand,so as to achieve the required sand performance and produce high quality castings.
