摘要

孔隙缺陷是铸造缺陷中最常见的缺陷之一,也是铸造生产活动中最常用的术语之一.但长期以来,该类术语的英文翻译与行业国际的主流应用存在差异.虽然新的国家标准有一定的改善,但对缩孔、缩松等术语的定义差异仍然较大,不利于学习和交流活动.本文通过我们日常商务和技术实践经验,对常用术语进行了详细分析和定义,可作为后续铸造术语标准修订的参考.

Abstract

Porosity defect is one of the most common defects in casting,and it is also one of the most commonly used foundry termi-nology in casting production activities.However,for a long time,the English translation of this kind of term is different from the main-stream application of the industry.Although the new standard has improved to some extent,the definitions of terms such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity are still different,which is not conducive to learning and communication activities.Based on our daily bus-iness and technical practice experience,this paper provides a detailed analysis and definition of commonly used terms,which can be used as a reference for the subsequent revision of the foundry terminology standard.
