Ballads and Politics:Construction of Mao Zedong Image in Auditory Symbols During the New Democratic Revolution
During the New Democratic Revolution,Mao Zedong image was disseminated as an auditory political symbol,which had a significant social impact. As an auditory political symbol,Mao Zedong image has three dimensions of cultural significance in ballads,namely,Mao Zedong is the builder of revolutionary theory,the pioneer of saving the country and the practitioner of serving the people. The spread of Mao Zedong image in auditory symbols has laid a solid foundation for the Party's governance,realized the national emotional identity,shaped the national common ideal,and played an important role in leading the healthy development of political ecology.
