摘要

卤化铅钙钛矿量子点(PQDs)是一种高发光效率、超长载流子扩散距离、宽激发光谱、窄发射光谱且发射光谱可调的光学材料,目前在光电子器件领域具有应用前景.但因其水不稳定性和Pb生物毒性的固有缺陷,极大地限制了其在生物领域如细胞成像的应用.本实验,通过新型水喷雾法制备PVP-CsPbBr3 PQDs@PS纳米复合物.以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为CsPbBr3 QDs的封端配体,后采用新型水喷雾法用聚苯乙烯(PS)对其进行包覆获得尺寸约为100 nm的纳米粒子.PVP-CsPbBr3 PQDs@PS具有高强绿色荧光、较窄半峰宽、高的水稳定性、紫外光辐照稳定性和低的生物毒性,已经成功应用于巨噬细胞Raw 264.7的成像.

Abstract

Lead halide perovskite quantum dots(PQDs)are promising emitting materials for elec-troluminescent devices due to their high emission efficiency,extra-long carrier diffusion length,broad excitation spectrum,narrow emission spectrum and tunable emission spectrum.The application of PQDs in cell imaging therapy has been severely limited by its inherent drawbacks as water instability and lead toxicity.In this experiment,PVP-PQDs@PS nanoparticles are developed through new wa-ter spray method.Polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)is used as the ligand and surfactant to CsPbBr3 PQDs.Water spray method restricts the interactions between polystyrene(PS)polymer chains,resulting in the formation of about 100 nm nanoscale composite spheres.The PVP-CsPbBr3PQDs@PS has that advantage of high intense green fluorescence,narrow half-peak width,high water stability,UV stabil-ity and low biological toxicity.It is demonstrated that these good properties of the obtained PVP-PQDs@PS nanoparticles have enabled their successful application in Raw264.7 cell imagine.
