Exploration and Practice of Inclusive Education Qualities of Pre-teacher
This study uses methods such as literature analysis,interview,qualitative research,statistical analysis,and classroom observation to conduct research.Thins Paper demonstrate the urgency of improving the inclusive education qualities of pre-teachers.After analyzing the development status of inclusive education from home and abroad,we point out that teacher education needs to further play a basic supporting role in strengthening the widespread and beneficial development of special ed-ucation.Expecting to improve the inclusive education qualities of pre-teachers,we propose strategies and practice approaches,which can be achieved by the reform and innovation of talent training model.
