Using literature review and case analysis etc,this study investigates the integration of aerobics teaching and ideo-logical and political education in the curriculum.The study focuses on the significance,feasibility analysis,and principles of integrating aerobics into ideological and political education in general education elective courses.The implementation path of integrating aerobics into ideological and political education in general education elective courses is extracted,which promotes the development of aerobics teaching and enriches the case content of integrating ideological and political education with school physical education teaching.This paperprovide a practical path for improving the integration effect of aerobics teaching and i-deological and political education,and to provide a reference basis for the integration of similar sports and ideological and po-litical education.
