心理学范畴的双性化人格是一种理想的人格模式.双性化人格的养成具备一定的理论基础和现实条件.厘清双性化人格的内涵并澄清其时代价值对培养青少年健全人格和维护青少年心理健康有着理论和实践意义.多元文化时代背景下青少年双性化人格的养成存在着中性化的迷失、双性化的盲目趋同和刻意模仿等困境与隐忧.青少年双性化人格的养成问题既需要学理探析以正本清源,又需要通过实践反思以"拨乱反正",这有助于引导人们对青少年人格养成进行科学的认识、形成理性的态度和实施有效的教育.
The"Androgyny"Personality and Cultivation of Teenagers:Oughtness·Actuality·Naturalness
Androgyny is an ideal personality model in psychological category.There has been certain theoretical basis and practical conditions for the cultivation of androgyny personality.To clarify the connotation of androgyny personality and its val-ue of the times has theoretical and practical significance to cultivate teenagers'sound personality and maintain their mental health.There are many dilemmas and hidden worries in the cultivation of teenagers'androgyny under the multicultural era background,such as the loss of neutrality,blind convergence and deliberate imitation of androgyny.The cultivation of teenag-ers'androgynous personality needs not only theoretical analysis,but also practical reflection,which is helpful to guide people to have a scientific understanding of the cultivation of teenagers'personality,form a rational attitude and implement an effective education.
