The Historical Evolution,Theoretical Innovation and Way of International Communication of Discourse Power Construction in China
From the perspective of discourse power,the Communist Party of China has experienced the century-old evolution from nothing to something,from weak to strong,from passive to active.It has gone through hardships but finally achieved something,forming the discourse system and its empirical practices in different stages,such as new democracy,socialism,socialism with Chinese characteristics and the New Era.General Secretary Xi Jinping is well versed in the way of Chinese dis-course.He has made important remarks on strengthening the construction of China's discourse power on various occasions,and clearly put forward the goals,connotations,paths,methods and values of the construction of China's discourse system in the new era.To get out of the predicament and low status of China's discourse,we must better tell China's peaceful develop-ment stories,China's fine traditional culture stories,the stories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the stories of the Chinese people,the stories of the Chinese dream and the stories of the new era.Relying on the great and vivid Chinese prac-tice,the weak points and weaknesses of China's international communications need to be improved so as to win the internation-al discourse battle.
