The Generating Logic,Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Exploration of Layered and Classified"Double-Qualified"Teacher Training in the New Era
Training"double-qualified"teachers at different levels not only aligns with the national development strategy of our times but is also a crucial step in advancing vocational education in higher education institutions.However,there are cur-rent challenges,including unclear standards and systems for hierarchical classification training,a limited number of enterpri-ses genuinely engaged in such training,and insufficient initiative in implementing hierarchical classification training.It is rec-ommended to carry out practical exploration from the following five aspects:Firstly,address the current main contradiction by establishing and refining standards for hierarchical classification training;Secondly,create a digital"one-stop platform for school-government-enterprise cooperation"to enhance joint efforts in"double-qualified"teacher training;Thirdly,ensure the effective implementation of hierarchical and classified training for"double-qualified"teachers by deeply integrating online platforms with artificial intelligence;Fourthly,establish a digital archive for"double-qualified"teachers and increase invest-ment in teacher training funds;Fifthly,refine the existing professional title evaluation system and the mechanism for evalua-ting"double-qualified"teachers.
