Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Route of Fresh Agricultural Products Based on Dynamic Demand

摘要
为了解决冷链产品配送中动态需求处理不合理导致配送总成本高和碳排放量高的问题,提出一种动态处理策略,包括动态分批优化和紧急订单即时重优化.该策略考虑静态客户订单取消、需求量增减和新增客户三种动态事件,并建立以物流总费用最小为目标的生鲜冷链物流配送路径优化模型.同时,引入2-opt优化算子的改进遗传算法作为优化方法,该方法能提高算法的搜索精度.试验结果表明,相较于不考虑动态处理策略的优化方法,考虑动态处理策略可以使配送总成本减少21.59%,碳排放成本减少13.61%.这一结果验证了策略和算法的有效性,为生鲜冷链物流企业配送方案的制定提供了良好的借鉴.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of high total distribution cost and high carbon emission caused by unreasonable dynam-ic demand processing in cold chain product distribution,this study proposed a dynamic processing strategy,including dynamic batch optimization and immediate re-optimization of urgent orders.The strategy considers three dynamic events such as static customer order cancellation,demand increase or decrease and new customer,and establishes a fresh cold chain logistics dis-tribution route optimization model aiming at minimum total logistics cost.The improved genetic algorithm with 2-opt optimization operator is adopted as the optimization method to improve the search accuracy of the algorithm.The experimental results show that compared with the optimization method without dynamic treatment strategy,the dynamic treatment strategy can reduce the total distribution cost by 21.59%and the carbon emission cost by 13.61%.This result verifies the effectiveness of the strategy and algorithm,and provides a good reference for the formulation of the distribution scheme of fresh cold chain logistics enter-prises.
